Management always starts from home for example, we have seen our mothers taking care of different stuff that includes decision-making, grocery management, cleaning, ironing and cooking. CONCLUSION

Leadership and management are two different things but they cannot be separated. If there is leadership then there must be management. In fact, the manager also sometimes requires leadership skills to inspire his team to work on the desired goals. There is a manger in a department and number of leaders to assist the team to out-perform and accomplish their goals. So, they both go side-by-side. An organization needs both for their growth and survival. Management is all about management, strategies and planning. Leadership is all about influencing, motivating and guiding people.
